Cancellation Policy

We realize unforeseen events happen in everyone's life. However to be fair to all clients, AthenaRoma has the following cancelation policy:


  • Appointments may be cancelled without charge any time before the close of business on the day preceding your appointment.
  • Same-day cancellations may be charged 25% of scheduled service price, depending on circumstances regarding the cancellation.
  • If you do not call to cancel or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% for the scheduled service.
  • More than three same-day cancellations or no call/no show will result in unavailable on-line scheduling. Appointments will need to
    ​be made by phone and prepaid.

Please understand AthenaRoma has turned away other paying clients to hold the appointment for you.
